Extremely interesting Q&A with Rep. Barney Frank

It's got a longish Youtube video, which I'm not going to embed--the last question is the most interesting, in which he discusses how to work effectively for equal rights for GLBT people.
His rule of thumb: Phone calls and emails and letters... because politicians pay more attention to a thousand letters from constituents than to several thousand protest marchers who probably can't vote for or against them.
The rest of it's very interesting, as well.
