    <content type="html">&lt;a href="http://blog.reddit.com/2009/10/congressman-barney-frank-answers-your.html"&gt;http://blog.reddit.com/2009/10/congressman-barney-frank-answers-your.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's got a longish Youtube video, which I'm not going to embed--the last question is the most interesting, in which he discusses how to work effectively for equal rights for GLBT people.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;His rule of thumb:  Phone calls and emails and letters... because politicians pay more attention to a thousand letters from constituents than to several thousand protest marchers who probably can't vote for or against them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The rest of it's very interesting, as well.</content>
